(Left) Wallmetamorphose office House of Vision.
In the beginning of March Zwiet Driems changed the white walls of one of the offices of House of Vision in Voorschoten.
Decorative "stucco work" combined with other decorative painttechniques changed the total of ±70m2 walls into a stylish warmgray kind of stonestructure. In the near future more pictures with the endresult, for now just a little impression.
(Right) Happy wallsize chalkboard for the child policlinic of MCH Antoniushove!
The waitingroom of the Medical Centrum Haaglanden Antoniushove changed into a bright and happy coloured one.
Zwiet Driems, Paintings and more created on special demand of the MCH Antoniushove a happy wallsize chalkboard for the waitingroom of their new child policlinic. On wednesday februari 25th the chalkboard was installed and ready to be used by kids from thursday februari 26th.
The waitingroom had allready all kind of sea elements like a wooden boat and lighthouse, therefore it was logical to choose the sea as theme.
You can find coral in all kind of colours and sea animals like a seal, orca and octopussy painted on the board. In the middle there's a wooden pile with a seagull on it eating little fish.
Not everything is painted offcourse, there's plenty of space left for the kids to be creative themselfs. Especially for the pieces of chalk and chalkboardwiper Zwiet Driems added a little treasurechest so the children can draw and let their creativity flow while waiting.
(Left) Theme-decorative painting in Holland Casino Rotterdam.
All kind of painting techniques. As from little brickstone to the big sandstone imitations.
Imitations of rust, concrete, metal, old wood, tree cortex, slate toe, bronze and stone. But also examples of decorative stuccowork, a trompe-l'oeil of the closed blinds, imitation of driftwood bleached by sun and sea and more...
(Right) Angel ceiling at Traiteur Huub Sleper in Amsterdam.
After a waterleakage we're asked to recover the state of old ceiling but... slightly better if possible.
Here you can see some close-ups of the ceiling and the total.
The whole job was a combination of decoupage (the angels) and painting techniques.
(Left) Decorative paintwork for the headoffice of O'Neill Europe in Warmond.
The basic walls changed by decorative "stucco work" into walls with a sort of sandy stonestructure.
All kinds of meetingrooms on the outside were painted in a way to retrieve the look of driftwood found on the beach.
The upper picture on the right shows the making of.
(Right) All kind of examples of stuctures.
On this page you can find a selection of structures made by Zwiet Driems earlier. In the middle you can see examples of granito imitation and all kind of splash techniques. But there are also examples of decorative "stuccowork", imitations of rust, old wood and tree cortex, slate toe and stone imitations.
Of course there's lots more possible.
